Account Manager (m/w/d)
Requirements:
- First customer contact
- Responsible for leadership of Litens business stability and growth at designated customer(s)
- Represent or support different areas of Litens Automotive to the customer including Quality, Production, Finance, Supply Chain as required
- Maintain appropriate level of technical & commercial relationship with key customer personnel including up to date knowledge of customer policies
- Lead discussion with customer commercial area in all business subjects & negotiations
- Regularly visit customers to actively research, identify and develop collaborative customer relationships
- Formulate customer sales strategy and Key Account Plans using knowledge of the market and competitors. Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Ensure technical support is available to customer when required
- Provide volumes to support yearly global business plan
- Review and update Customer Relationship Management system
- Maintain working knowledge of customer’s purchasing terms and conditions
- Maintain understanding of competitive landscape and market trends
Qualifikations:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred- ideal candidate would have an Engineering degree with a Master’s in Business
- 3+ years diverse account management experience in Automotive
- Proven consistent, reliable track record with experience with multiple products, customers and/or project exposure. Must have mastery of this field including a thorough and knowledge / expertise of products, customers, technology and programs in respective area
- Microsoft Office Programs – intermediate level
- Proficient Excel skills utilizing excel to evaluate large data bases or representing complex business cases
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft Dynamics of advantage
- Must have excellent oral and written business communications skills in English and German
