What you will do?

Reporting to the Business Process Manager, the Business Analyst will work with the functional team to formulate business requirements, find potential solutions, scope and define solution to meet company objective. Collaborating with the Solution Architect team to publish functional design document as needed. This role engages with multiple key stakeholder groups across the organization and around the globe and encourages collaboration and teamwork while maintaining quality, cost and schedule, measuring their success by the success of the business stakeholders served.

What you will bring?

• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering or extensive ERP implementation experience
• Minimum two years automotive/manufacturing operations experience in supply chain or engineering.
• Minimum of two years of information systems experience as business analyst using an industry recognized improvement methodology
• Global business systems implementation and support experience
• Knowledgeable of project management principles
• Knowledgeable of Data Management concepts – Business Intelligence and Data warehousing
• Advanced communication skills to collaborate with all Litens Manufacturing location BSG counterparts and stakeholders
• Able to work abnormal hours to support global collaboration and high impact business system implementation
• Strong business acumen in Sales, Product Engineering, complete supply chain, operations management, manufacturing engineering and quality
• Data analysis, data modeling, process mapping and fit gap analysis.
• Proficiency in:
  • SQL, relational database design, scripting and excel data analysis
  • workflow configuration
  • Master Data Management
  • System quality testing and user acceptance
  • User documentation and training
• Knowledgeable of IT infrastructure and operating systems
• CBAP certification is preferred
