At the next possible date we are looking for a


  • Function as first customer contact (m/f/d)
  • Assume responsibility for leadership of Litens business stability and growth on relation with designated customer
  • Represent different areas of Litens Automotive to the customer including quality, production, finance, supply chain as required and support customer in those aeras
  • Maintain appropriate level of technical & commercial relationship with key customer personnel including up to date knowledge of customer policies
  • Lead discussions with customer commercial area in all business subjects & negotiations
  • Regularly visit customers to actively research, identify and develop collaborative customer relationships
  • Formulate customer sales strategy and key account plans using knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Ensure availability of technical support to customer when required
  • Provide volumes to support annual global business plan
  • Review and update customer relationship management system
  • Maintain working knowledge of customer’s purchasing terms and conditions
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape and market trends



  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred – ideal candidate would have an Engineering degree with a Master’s in Business
  • 3+ years diverse account management experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven consistent, reliable track record of experience with multiple products, customers and/or project exposure, mastery of this field including a thorough knowledge / expertise of products, customers, technology and programs in respective area required
  • Proficient skills in utilizing Excel to evaluate large data bases or represent complex business cases
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics of advantage
  • Must have excellent oral and written business communications skills in English and German
