 What you will do

Join Litens Validation, Testing, and Warranty group as a Test Technician to help move us forward in various technical fields, including thermal management systems, battery management systems, and electromotive technologies.


  • Setup and run tests on test rigs as per Litens’ Global Testing Standard (GTS).
  • Monitor testing in progress. Collect and report results using appropriate data acquisition systems and analysis tools.
  • Communicate with Project Managers for test schedule to meet various project schedule.
  • Work with Maintenance Technicians to keep test machines in good working condition.
  • Provide technical support to 8D problem resolution teams when appropriate.
  • Author / revise / support releasing work instructions related to field of expertise.
  • Make continuous improvement proposals.
  • Support your team members with whatever they may be struggling.
  • Conduct or support data acquisition equipment calibration.
  • Other tasks as requested by management.

 What you will bring

  • Associated diploma in a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, etc.).
  • Automotive dealership experience would be considered an asset.
  • Understanding of how to use various tools typical in part / fixture / tool modification and fabrication.
  • Knowledge of LabVIEW, IMC, PLC programming, Rotec would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of LIN / CAN / OBDII would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of various sensors, data acquisition systems, vehicle test, would be an asset.
  • Basic skills in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
