What you will do?

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager the Inventory Control Supervisor will lead Litens Inventory Control team to achieve high customer satisfaction and departmental objectives. This role will apply their expertise in supply chain management to ensure finished goods and raw material target inventory levels are adhered to, identify issues affecting inventory integrity and initiate corrective action, monitor and control customer demand fluctuations to authorized limits, plan and schedule to achieve on time delivery and escalate supply or productivity related issues. This role engages with multiple key stakeholder groups across the organization including Production and Litens key suppliers to ensure on time customer order fulfillment and overall customer satisfaction.

What you will bring?

  • Degree or diploma in relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years materials management/supervisory or commensurate experience
  • Experience in a repetitive process assembly/mfg. environment, preferably Tier 1 automotive
  • Experience conducting continuous improvement projects, utilizing lean principles and tools, root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
  • Must have ERP/MRPII business systems experience
  • APICS or CPIM courses / certification or equivalent
