What will you do?

  • Perform dimensional layout on components, assemblies, tooling or equipment to specified requirements; determine status and disposition
  • Verify supplier sample submission documentation meets AIAG/VDA PPAP requirements
  • Develop Incoming Inspection plan for supplier components
  • Prepare supporting reports/studies/documentation as required
  • Maintain all applicable files and documents

 

What will you bring?

  • Minimum 2 yr. Technical Diploma (Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electronics) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with dimensional layout of complex three- dimensional components and assemblies using advanced measuring equipment including programmable CMM
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings including a strong understanding of GD&T
  • Knowledge of AIAG/VDA PPAP requirements an asset
  • Ability to apply statistical techniques
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimum supervision
