The Requirements Engineer ais responsible for the analysis, documentation, coordination and management of requirements regarding new software projects. You will identify and understand the customer’s project-specific demands and document them in a clear and binding way. You will also act as the interface between the customer and the software developers.

What you will do:
Provide engineering technical expertise during requirements definition, design, integration, test, and production phases to ensure that fully compliant and certified systems are provided in accordance with requirements, governing standards, and sound engineering practice.
Develop plans, processes and procedures as required in support of program requirements.
Conduct requirements analysis and reviews as part of requirements change management activities.
Participate in design milestone reviews.
Coordinate with Combat Systems, Platform Systems and Project Management teams.
Define, measure and achieve technical and earned value targets for assigned activities.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support Project Management as required for the project to succeed.
What you will bring:
BSc in an Engineering / Science discipline with a minimum of three years’ experience.
Experience Engineering in large, complex engineering projects involving EV’s and battery technology.
Knowledge of ASPICSE.
Model Based Systems Engineering
Requirements Management.
Experience in engineering for automotive EV platforms
Experience working in design, production and / or test for an automotive program
