Senior Controller (Finance)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budgeting(budget, forecast), financial data analysis and reporting to senior management
• Participate in the actual closing–accrual posting, interface inventory, sales, AP,AR module to GL
• Analyzes variances actual against budget / forecast
• Controlling at cost center level; investments, Headcount
• Products cost calculation, standard cost update and transfer price calculation for intercompany (aftermarket) partners
• Support in quotation process, analyze actual product costing vs quotes
• Prepare inventory aging report and support in analyses for obsolete/slow moving inventory
• Supporting internal and external audits when is necessary
• Proposing and implementing improvement related to his/her area of responsibility
• Different additional ad-hoc tasks required by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written), German language is a plus
• At least 5 years of working experience in controlling area
• Proficient computer skills -ERP system, MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI
• Basic knowledge of the database management systems Oracle Hyperion Essbase Enterprise Planning
• Structured, careful and analytical way of working
• High problem solving, analytical thinking, and organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Passion and commitment
