Join the Litens Supply Chain team as a Senior Global Supply Chain Analyst.  You will be responsible for the optimization and continuous improvement of Litens Supply Chain Management processes.  You will Partner with internal and external stakeholders to perform analysis and implementation on initiatives that drive improvements and cost reduction in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Distribution and Transportation Management.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Senior Global Supply Chain Provide will provide guidance and recommendations to regional management in Supply Chain process enhancements and or CI Initiatives to ensure a standard global approach that is holistic in nature.  In Particular, you will be responsible to:

Formulate business plans & cost justifications for global capital / improvement projects in Supply Chain, Purchasing and Warehouse operations.

Drive in-depth analysis for projects.

Connect analytical insights (data analysis, forecasting extrapolation, predictive modelling, and optimization) to decisions and actions to provide guidance in improving operating processes, systems, and resource utilization.

Establish and maintain a global standard for Divisional Supply Chain Teams.

Develop, administer, and maintain global Supply Chain / Procurement database.

Liaise with regional managers on continual improvement projects and monitor global initiatives.

Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure project completion is on time, on budget and within scope.

Conduct post-project reviews to certify project success criteria have been met.

Closely monitor project financials, follow-up on issues and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

Identify and assess risks, severity, and impacts. Determine and implement risk strategies.

Monitor supply chain process implementation efforts and transition issues to ensure business risks are identified, and solutions are recommended.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain management.

7 years automotive/manufacturing experience with progressive experience in supply chain with global exposure.

Experience preparing business proposals and cost justifications.

Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes including, purchasing, demand planning, inventory/ release analysis, master scheduling, and S&OP.

Project management experience working with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment with pressing deadlines and constantly changing needs and conditions.

Time management skills are crucial as the incumbent will be working on multiple projects with wide-ranging scope at any given time.

Ability to implement programs into practice.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work with personnel from all levels of the organization.

High level of proficiency in related computer software including Microsoft Office and MRP.

Innovative approach to identifying and solving business issues.
