This position is for Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification while ensuring alignment with industry standards and project objective and Support new product development & ongoing projects in alignment with organizational goals.

What you will do?

Provide technical and strategic direction to the product development teams in terms of architecture and design of systems to enable maximum reliability, performance and scalability.
Architect robust system designs with a focus on quality, scalability, and speed to market.
Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams around the globe to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery.
Provide technical direction and development support to improve team effectiveness, knowledge, and overall capability through feedback and involvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and drive insights into systems engineer strategy.
drive consistency in approach and analysis across product development teams and projects.
through use of system design and simulation techniques (GT, Simulink, SysML, UML) guide teams in terms of architectural design as well as verifying implementation performance.
Understand vehicle systems and Provide novel and effective solutions at the system level complete with Requirements for development teams to achieve.
Drive development of ASPICE and ISO26262 compliant systems engineering processes.

What you will bring?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Software, Computer, Control, Mechatronics) or technical equivalent (advanced degrees preferred).
Strong understanding of safety-critical systems and their integration into EV architectures.
Results-oriented with ability to work independently and in a team environment while interfacing with product development teams globally.
Proficiency in using requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion, DOORS).
Familiarity with functional safety concepts and practices in the automotive industry.
Communication experience working with Product Development Engineers, Product Owners, and other Software/Hardware/Mechanical cross-functional teams.
Experience in requirements management and system design for complex electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
2+ years of combined experience in Systems Engineering, Vehicle Controls, Firmware Development, or ECU development/deployment.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task on multiple projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast environment and produce timely results.
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Experience with ASPICE/ISO26262 Development activities is a significant bonus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., IREB, ISO 26262 Functional Safety Engineer) are highly desirable.
