Litens Automotive Group acquires controlling interest in aftermarket water pump manufacturer Industrias Dolz

Litens is excited to announce that it has acquired Industrias Dolz S.A. (“Dolz”), a Spanish-based manufacturer and distributor for automotive water pumps and other powertrain products.

With a strong distribution network and extensive history in the water pump market, the acquisition of Dolz represents an expansion of the automotive aftermarket business for Litens. As an established global automotive supplier of original equipment with strong engineering capabilities to develop original products, Litens brings new future potential for Dolz.
